My training and experience
I’m a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I also provide clinical supervision for other therapists and am on the British Psychological Society Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS).
I trained at Regents College School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology in existential-phenomenological, humanistic and psychodynamic therapies. My therapeutic approach is cross-theory, meaning that I draw on a range of models of counselling and psychotherapy to provide the most effective approach.
I have worked in the NHS, local authority and private practice. I have clinical experience with a wide range of issues and concerns including bereavement and loss, body image, depression, existential issues, identity, infertility, parenting, relationship issues, self-confidence, self-esteem, stress and anxiety.
